Dear Friends,

I have developed a Web application using VS 2005(ASP.NET 2.0). I want to convert this proj into ASP.NET 1.1.

I came to know about MSBee. I downloaded the tool also. After reading the MSBee document, I am not clear how to convert.

Would any one please guide me the procedure to convert ASP.NET 1.1 using MSBee?

Waiting for your guidance.

Thanks in advance.

with regards,

Projects built using MSBee should be created in VS 2003 and then migrated to VS 2005. However, you can try using MSBee with your project by installing the Visual Studio 2005 update to support Web Application Projects. You'll then need to convert your project to use the Web Application project model; instructions are at http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/default.aspx?pull=/library/en-us/dnvs05/html/WAP.asp#wapp_topic1. Finally, you'll need to add the appropriate Import Project line to your web application project, following the instructions in section 4.2 of the MSBee ReadMe. Since you created your project directly in VS 2005, however, it may contain .NET 2.0 only features that can't be built when targeting .NET 1.1.
